Many of us have felt alone at one point or another in our lives. Being alone forces you to sit with your self and really look within at who you have become. It is a time to manifest who you want to become if you don’t like where you currently are in life. I used to hate doing things all by myself. I used to seek attention outside of myself which I have now come to realize it was all just a reflection of myself and my past traumas. I still struggle with feeling alone but in these times I have really come to understand myself on a deeper level even if it’s doing small things to bring me joy like going to the gym, listening to your favorite songs, or reading a book outside in the sun. You have to find the beauty in the small things then you realize you are never really alone when you are doing things that light up your soul.
